General Assembly of ARTE GEIE

The general assembly makes fundamental decisions of strategic importance to the channel, approves the business plan and appoints the members of the management board as well as top managerial staff to ARTE GEIE. The twelve delegates – six German and six French – represent the two members of the ARTE Group and meet four times a year in Strasbourg. The European associate partners take part in an advisory capacity.
